Security Updates & Access Issues

12:00PM EST A new update to the security of ampEducator is stopping some user roles gaining access to some of their modules. We are working through each role and updating their access to the proper levels. We expect everything to be functioning normally within an hour or so. The new update revamps parts of the application to give more control to institutions allowing them to create and manage their own roles. You can expect intermittent delays throughout the process.

2:00PM EST All roles have been updated and the system is functioning normally.

Server Restart...

2:15pm EST - We had to restart a server in the cloud that was causing the application to run slowly around this time. Our development team is following up with Rackspace to determine the cause of the issue at this time. If you noticed any performance issues or service unavailable messages - it was most likely related to this and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Questions can be sent to support@amperea.com - we appreciate your patience in this matter.

Intermittent Problems Solved

Over the last week or so we've been experiencing an intermittent problem which would slow down the application. The problem was traced down to background tasks which were responsible for downloading email messages from users mailboxes. The issue was resolved and we don't anticipate any more problems related to this.
