Intermittent Access Issue...

There is an intermittent problem with read-only access for some account users due to the new update on security and sharing and our development team is aware of it and currently troubleshooting. Thanks for your patience - it should be resolved soon.

System Update

There were several issues with the recent update. Most problems have now been resolved. Please see the list below.

Resolved:
  1. ampEducator Email Outgoing - Resolved.
  2. Prospects Converting to Students - Resolved today 9:45am EST.
  3. Calendar - Agenda & Today Views - Resolved today 10:00am EST.
Pending:
  1. Activities - Some users have indicated issues in this area - please email support@amperea.com if you are experiencing any problems.

System Update in Progress

9:00 EST Over the weekend several new updates were made to the application requiring updates to the institution databases. The updates have taken longer than planned and some institutions do not have access to specific areas (like activites or email) at this time. The updates are ongoing and we expect them to be completed for all schools by noon EST at which point access will automatically be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.
