Performance Issue (Resolved)

We are currently investigating performance problems similar to those that occurred yesterday with ampEducator and Rackspace.  We are doing our best to resolve the issue with their technical support team this morning but it is not something under our direct control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing our client base and will update you as soon as we can.

Updated 2:57pm EST - the issue seems to be resolved according to Rackspace Support - we will continue to monitor the situation.

Performance Issue (Resolved)

We were experiencing some performance issues this morning and early afternoon and after investigating the problem this was related to resource allocation at Rackspace. They addressed the issue as quickly as possible and all systems are now functioning as expected. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our client base.
